I love that Gillian loves Anna and Julie. Every day when I come home from work, the house is filled with laughter and happy chatter. The girls love to paint...paper and eachother!

Now THAT is an awesome childcare setup -- all the benefits of a fun older sister without any of the responsibility. So glad to hear you found someone so good. That is such a huge decision to have to make.
